What are the requirements for harvard university?
There have been many questions like this over the past month. Perhaps you can search previous questions/answers, in addition to seeing who writes here.

You can check www.princetonreview.com, www.collegeboard.com and the Fiske Guide to Colleges (latest available edition in print...) to learn more about Harvard's requirements, and its selectivity.

Suffice it to say, you would need terrific grades, a rigorous high school course load (ie highest courses you can take in subjects...), good extracurriculars, community service, SAT scores, SAT Subject Tests, AP tests... and no doubt something "extra" that sets you apart. It could be your race, geographic location, your intended major, the musical instrument you play, the internship you had two years ago... and you won't really know what "it" is if you get in ... or if you don't.

Harvard receives many applications from the highest pool of "talent" and is in the position to turn away some of the brightest and most dedicated.

Luckily there are many other excellent schools in the country for these bright, dedicated students...and you should consider exploring some of those as well (e.g. Princeton, Yale, Williams, Amherst, Stanford, Duke, University of Virginia, etc.)

Best of luck.
Reply:They don't really have any, since most of the kids applying have an unweighted 4.0 and the top 5% of SAT scores. And that alone won't get you in - they turn down many of those each year. If you really want to get in, try publishing a book, releasing a CD, or starting a non-profit.
Reply:MONEY LOADS OF IT.
