Requirements for All Applicants

* Common Application

* Harvard Supplement

* Application fee of $65 dollars (or a completed fee waiver request). Payable by check or money order to Harvard University, or by credit card on-line. Please be certain that the applicant's name appears on the check or money order, and staple it to the front page of the Common Application. If you mail your check separately from the Common Application, please attach a note with your full name and address. For a fee waiver, have your guidance counselor attach a written request to the front of the Common Application.

* Official score reports from the SAT I or ACT , and three SAT II Subject Tests. Harvard College official codes are 3434 for the SAT I and SAT II (the College Board) and 1840 for the ACT. When registering for tests, please use your name as it will appear on your Harvard application. Our testing requirements will change with the introduction of the new SAT I. For the Class of 2011, students may submit either the "old" SAT I or ACT taken before March 2005, or the new SAT or ACT (which must include the writing section). As always, students must also submit three SAT II exams of their choosing. The Admissions Committee will continue to consider all test results in light of students' educational opportunities.

Why do we require three SAT II Subject Tests?

* Secondary School Report and Mid-Year School Report to be filled out by your school counselor or college adviser. The Secondary School Report should be returned to the Harvard Admissions Office as soon as possible. The Mid Year School Report should be returned in February 2007 with your latest grades.

* Two Teacher Evaluations completed by teachers in different academic subjects who know you well.
Reply:You need to have the equivalent of a high school diploma, and take at least 3 SAT subject tests, and either the SAT or ACT.
