Harvard grad programs are much better than undergrad programs, and if there's a grad program in your major, expect to be pretty much ignored. Professors would much rather teach grad level courses, and won't want to have to take on undergrads for research projects - you're worth maybe a quarter as much as a grad student when it comes to ability, background knowledge, and time to devote to a project.

Also, Harvard is difficult to get into - obviously. Your best chances are by doing something different and impressive - like publishing your own novel, doing original research, or starting a good non-profit organization. Everyone applying will have perfect grades, validictorian status, and dozens of clubs and sports. That's pretty much the minimum.

The question is, why are you focusing on Harvard? There are thousands of schools out there, many of which are just as good or even better in some departments. Don't narrow yourself down to famous schools - you're just setting yourself up for disapointment.
Reply:Interestingly, surveys among Harvard undergraduates show that they are not very satisfied at the school. The school is renknowned for its graduate school, and many undergrads feel that the emphasis placed there is at their expense.
Reply:well lit Me tell yu as a HaRvArD grad STudente it Relly harde tu studie and make somfing of life
Reply:Harvard is overrated.

Seek a great state university that is easier to get into and not fluffed up by status and their ability to siphon every last dollar out of you.
Reply:Obvious thumbs up.
