Harvard University question?

What are the types of school in harvard? Medical, law, etc? Which courses to you need to major in to become a cardio surgeon?

Harvard University question?
These are the graduate schools - you don't study medicine or law as an undergraduate anywhere. The undergraduate school at Harvard is Harvard College. If you want to become a cardiac surgeon, you can major in almost anything you want, but you need to take certain science classes in order to be prepared for the MCAT (the admissions test for medical school). Then, after graduating, you would go to medical school, then do a lengthy residency in order to become a cardiac surgeon.
Reply:If you have to ask this kind of question here, you are not Harvard material.
Reply:Go to their website. Besides the College, they have about nine other schools.
Reply:Major in a life science. Make sure you'll be taking organic chemistry in undergrad so when you have to take it in medical school you'll be prepared. After undergrad you can do medical school at Harvard as well, if you get in. Then you'll have to get into a surgery program, and then into the cardio program.
